People queue up en-masse for Emily’s “tomatensoep met ballekes.” Her small café is known for its soups, salads and quiches – most of which vegetarian, much of it gluten free – and its raspberry muffins and chocolate brownies. Emily’s knack for cooking was passed down from her grandmother and there are few ways she’d rather spend her weekend than flipping through new cookbooks and experimenting in the kitchen. The result: her daily-changing menu in her café. After all, she’s the reason her guests come back and back again.
