This Calabrian family business opened its first shop in Milan 30 years ago. Today, there are five branches in the city—and even one location in London. Star architect Antonio Citterio gave the bakery an upscale look, similar to that of a late-night bar. On Fridays and Saturdays, the bakery is open around the clock— there are 50 delicious kinds of pizza, 20 kinds of focaccia, warm brioche, and much more, which makes Princi especially popular amongst night owls.
