With the slogan “eat, buy, learn,” Oscar Farinetti’s Slow Food group has opened a megastore with a market vibe in the former Teatro Smeraldo building. Occupying more than 50,000 square feet, the sales floor is home to traditional Italian specialties and organic products, as well as a concert stage and two show kitchens. 19 different culinary areas offer everything your body needs. One spectacular addition: the mozzarella factory, where you can watch the cheese itself being made.
