In the Hotel Townhouse, a stone’s throw from Zurich train station, lies Palette, a cozy hang-out that feels a bit like being in your own living room… if your living room was kitted out with glamorous retro furniture, and you just happened to have super chef Fabian Bachmann in the kitchen. Sink into a velvet armchair and indulge in Mediterranean specialties with a dash of Oriental zest, the best of which are a selection of ‘small bowls’ that can be put together according to taste. Palette, run with great style by owners Beatrice and Thomas Soß, combines a cafe, restaurant and bar, and is open early for breakfast, until late for a nightcap.
