Local before arrival
P1 was founded as an officer’s club in 1949. The simplicity of the name is due in part to American soldiers who had difficulties pronouncing “Prinzregentenstraße.” Be there or be square: Claudia Schiffer and the Rolling Stones are among some of the names in the guest book of this legendary club. Even today, P1 is the place where stars and starlets meet to have a good time—by the way, the phenomenal stereo equipment was specifically designed by specialists at the Fraunhofer Institute.
