One of the cooks from the legendary ORF cooking program “Silent Cooking,” Simon Xie Hong has opened ON Market directly across from the Vienna Naschmarkt. It is an Asian brasserie that serves Chinese delicacies, tapas, and sushi along with over 200 different wines from Austria and around the world. The elongated bar dominates the cool gray room that is flooded with light. It is a place that invites patrons to linger at any time of the day and night.
