Nora Kreimeyer manages the kitchen of this tiny restaurant in the tradition of St. Charles Alimentary: regional, seasonal, and healthy. On Mondays through Fridays, Mamsell serves vegetarian cuisine for lunch, and in the evenings offers homemade bratwurst or Brettljause featuring a selection of breads, chutneys, spreads, and pickles. Many of the ingredients have been harvested by hand or come from the gardens of friends. Cooking courses are offered for groups of four or more, and four-course menus with wine pairing are available for eight to ten people.
