This enoteca was founded in the former refectory of Augustinian monks next to the Roman Basilica di San Marco. A fabulous arched ceiling is suspended above the wine cellar. Known throughout the city for his critical search of small, exclusive producers, Cristiano Corà (like his father before him) carefully maintains the quality and storage of the almost 3,000 wines. On Thursdays, more people stand outside than inside—to see and be seen.
