In the 1990s, the Mojo Club made history when it introduced Dancefloor Jazz. Today, the club has a new home in the basement of the Tanzende Türme (Dancing Towers) designed by the Bothe, Richter, Teherani architectural firm. The futuristic trap doors in the forecourt are raised shortly before opening time and lead down through secret passageways to a round hall with a suspended platform and a purist-style interior decorated in black. The Jazz Café on the ground floor opens at 11 a.m. on weekdays. The club delivers an experience far beyond the usual party hits and insipid elegance.
