Local before arrival
This shopping mall spreads over three floors and has over 560 shops and more than 90 cafés and restaurants. It is one of the oldest and, until today, most beloved in Dubai. The impressive building has a giant glass dome suspended on turquoise-colored steel beams, reminiscent of Grand Palais in Paris. There is also a community culture center here with a theater, gallery, and dance studio, which is under the patronage of Princess Haya of Jordan.
