If you do something, do it right, and then go one better! That’s the Paulistas’ life philosophy in a nutshell. It certainly applies to this bar, which is not only a restaurant, but a nightclub. The kitchen stays open into the night, then DJs and bands take turns providing the music. The program is that there is no program. People simple wander past, take a look through the large glass panes and, if they like what they see on stage, go inside.
