A lot is going on in Ottensen’s revitalized shopping district. Klippkroog has already made a name for itself among numerous other newly opened cafés. The urban loft style featuring an open kitchen, industrial lighting, and a poured concrete floor do nothing to detract from the restaurant’s homely charm. Hungry diners breakfast at solid wood tables every day starting at nine in the morning. The menu is concise and features traditional regional dishes such as homemade venison ham, pumpkin soup, and apple strudel.
