Using traditional techniques passed down from generation to generation, Thomas Keil manufactures made-to-measure leather shoes by hand. The shoemaker’s workshop looks like a store of bygone days, in which tools and footwear create a very special atmosphere. Due to the large storefront, curious passers-by often stop and look at Keil sitting at his workbench, refining shoes, making cobbler’s lasts, sanding, waxing and sealing. Keil and his customer decide the style and colour of shoe before he begins the manufacturing process. Super shoes—super Keil!
