This small space on Herzogstraße is much more than just a furniture store. For over 20 years, Denise Pullirsch has been acting as a cultural intermediary, drawing on her extensive knowledge and obvious love for the Land of the Rising Sun. Her cornucopia of treasures includes fabrics, kimonos, tatamis, futons, as well as a complete range of utensils for meditation, the tea ceremony, and calligraphy. The fragile paper lanterns by sculptor Isamu Noguchi deserve special mention.
