Local before arrival
The front-house of the Hôtel du Nord, which was founded at the end of the 19th century next to the Canal Saint-Martin, belongs to the historical buildings of the city. The hotel attained renewed fame through Marcel Carné’s film of the same name from 1938. The decor and furniture on the ground floor will remind you of the Parisian ’30s.
