The minds behind Grupo Habita’s sole branch north of the border have created a year-round retreat amidst the urban jungle of New York—an envious rooftop oasis. Sun-worshipers relish in the rays of the pool area and alfresco Mediterranean grill La Piscine, with cozy cabañas and daybeds. Come winter, the entire rooftop is converted into the restaurant-lounge Artico, serving alpine grill-fare by the hotel’s executive chef Joseph Buenconsejo. DJs and live-performances take over Wednesday through Saturday, drawing locals and visitors alike who enjoy partying through the night.
