Fans of German cookery shows know the name Henssler. Ten years ago Steffen Henssler opened, together with his father, a restaurant in an old depot at the harbor. The ambiance is accordingly straightforward, the no-frills Japanese-International cuisine rich in contrasts—fried salmon sashimi with a strawberry crust and asparagus is but one of the inventive combinations on offer.
