Edward Hopper’s painting “Nighthawks” was the inspiration for this “real American diner” in the middle of Zurich. Since 2011, the comfortable seating niches under the ketchup wallpaper let people dream about the land of opportunity. The plates are filled with, of course, American food: tasty Angus-beef burgers, fries and giant milkshakes. If you want, you can sit down at the bar, enjoy a fine cocktail and watch the cooks whilst they do their grilling. A popular choice amongst locals – reservations recommended!
