Local before arrival
This exhibition hall, which was completed in 2001, is one of the most beautiful and modern in Europe. Contemporarily biomorphic, Halle 3 integrates into its surroundings. With his well-marked sense for technical details, the British star architect Nicholas Grimshaw developed this exhibition hall, which is the world’s first one without any support log. The 50.-ft.-high curved roof reaches the enormous width of 541 ft.
