In 2011, top chef Cornelia Poletto fulfilled her dream of opening a traditional delicatessen and restaurant when she opened “Gastronomia”. Italian food lovers can buy selected products (cheese, spices, oils, salts, meat) and receive cooking and preparation tips. Gourmet cuisine is served in a sophisticated atmosphere. The menu, which changes daily, offers classical and modern Mediterranean dishes like vegetable tartar with king prawn or vitello tomato.
