It’s clear that the architect and designer Katja Buchholz put a lot of thought into her store. You can pull up a seat at the tables she’s designed and dine on regional cuisine, some of the ingredients coming from the garden behind her house. All of the chairs, stools, and accessories she has on offer have been made using sustainable wood. Her minimalistic designs put the natural beauty of the materials in the spotlight.
