Local before arrival
A good scotch, an old piano and dim light – it’s what makes Baryton an old-fashioned music bar, but totally re-interpreted. “Artists should be able to have exchanges with each other in our place”, says owner Isabelle Hirt. That’s easy at the 32-foot-long bar she designed. The Baryton serves wine, spirits and regional treats and a small quadrat jewellery atelier adds a concept-store element to the bar.
