Local before arrival
This family business right on the Campo dei Fiori has been around for more than a century. Owner Paolo sells specialties made by his brother in the Umbrian town of Norcia, which is famous not only for its hams and sausages but also for its truffles. The store has more than 100 different kinds of salami, including some made with red wine, nuts, and truffles. Customers are welcome to try samples.
