Local before arrival
As the name so subtly suggests, this minimalist shop is a mecca for all religious sneaker fans. Selected sneakers and fashion labels have been staged here like works of art since 2007. The wall of shoes by artist Paul Snowden where the shoe treasures lie (and behind which is a recommended hair salon) was added three years later. The people here are not only damn hip—they’re also friendly. Amen!
