Get that Mallorca feeling all year round right in the middle of Dusseldorf’s city center. The bistro serves light lunch dishes such as tuna tartare or wild herb salad with caramelized goat cheese, while in the evening you can enjoy typical Spanish dishes such as lemon chicken or grilled fish in the restaurant area. Head chef Macarena de Castro has, among other things, brought the traditional pa amb oli from her Mallorcan homeland to the Rhine metropolis. Toasted bread is first flavored with fresh tomatoes and olive oil and then topped with Iberian ham, avocado, or semi-ripened mahones cheese. Whilst enjoying a glass of Spanish wine from the illuminated “wine library” you can almost feel the mild sea breeze.
