Nancy Trinh and Dykju Bui have brought a culinary splash of color with the Vietal Kitchen at Ostenplatz, combining healthy food with Vietnamese cuisine. Changing dishes each week, meals are prepared according to Vietnamese tradition, with fresh and gentle cooking methods that make the food easy to digest. The dishes are characterized by a high raw food content, whole grains, avocado, goji berries and all sorts of vegetable and animal proteins. With wooden furniture and fixtures, basket lights and flower-patterned wallpaper give the restaurant a visual flair and create an Indochine atmosphere.
