Local before arrival
When Tom, from Australia, and Sergio, from Spain, met for the first time, they realized they complemented each other perfectly—Tom likes to cook and Sergio likes to eat—so they decided to open a café together. They moved into an old warehouse, which they mostly left unchanged, with tall windows. Today, daylight still floods the room. A cool, urbane crowd can be found here drinking a cup of coffee or eating lunch. It’s a place that would belong in London or New York.
