This park, situated high above the river Elbe, is a well-kept secret even among locals. Unlike most parks along the banks of the Elbe, this one was not created in the style of an English landscape garden, but like an ancient amphitheater. The middle of the round green is sometimes used for summer theater performances. Yet most stunning is the sight of the river in the background.
