Authentic, long-established pubs are gradually going extinct. They are often forced to the wayside by ostentatiously over-styled or unstyled hotspots. Run by eight friends, the honorable Rennsalon lies right in the middle, in the pleasant zone. It retains its pub patina, merely enriched by this or that modern accent. The music is diverse due in part to the operators’ varying tastes.
