This 98-ft.-high building is located in the west of the exhibition ground. Transparent and printed glass-elements interrupt the archaic appearance created by Hascher Jehle architects. This building, which comes across as a gate from the exhibition grounds to the world, appeals lightweight and well-lit. Together with the neighboring Halle 11, the Portalhaus is part of a new architectonic concept, which is dedicated to give the exhibition ground a new and modern face.
