You’ll find yourself whispering so you won’t disturb the tranquility of this place: Phoenix Tea is an oasis inspired by Chinese tea houses. Owner Kim Yen Thai fulfilled her dream when she opened her salon in the middle of Frankfurt’s Nordend district. Everything that is part of a classic tea ceremony, as well as other high-quality tea varieties, are sold or served in a traditional manner. If you don’t try some of the delicious tidbits—homemade using the owner’s recipe—then you’re beyond help.
