What these fromage-o-philes don’t know about cheese, quite frankly, just isn’t worth knowing. Established in St James’s for over 200 years – and in their current premises for over 100 – a visit to their very cosy, very cheesy shop is a must for any lover of the wheel. The origins of this amazing shop date all the way back to 1742. In 1850 they were appointed chief cheesemonger to HM Queen Victoria – and they continue to provide cheese to the Royal family.
