Local before arrival
For many years, the founder of Palacina made his living from being a diplomat in Africa; and when visiting Berlin, he used to stay in a hotel in the Winterfeldt neighborhood. In 2005, he bought a property around the corner at an auction and converted the house into the apart-hotel. With its range from comfortable double rooms up to 1,700 sq. ft. apartment rooms, the hotel helps its guests on the road to a stylish stay in Berlin.
