Local before arrival
The descent down the sweeping staircase to the restaurant hints at the magic here. Towering glass walls separate the visitors from about 65,000 marine creatures in the aquarium. Fine chandeliers and little candles on the tables provide a warm light and are in perfect harmony with the marble walls, the soft carpet, and the gentle music. The menu consists of delicious seafood. You might almost feel sorry for your dinner when you look into the water—but in the end, the pleasure outweighs the guilt.
