Marina opened her colorfully decorated hostel in the middle of Vila Madalena seven years ago. Looking back at those laborious beginnings, she says: “Fortunately I was still young!” Young (at heart) is also a good description for the people who stay in the double rooms or the dorm rooms, which house up to eight people. In the evening, the outside bar is open to everyone in the district and it brings life to the hostel. A charming focal point in the coolest area Sampa (short for São Paulo) currently has to offer.
