Local before arrival
Nu offers a choice of Japanese or fusion cuisine, depending on your taste—and each one has its own space. The restaurant serves Japanese specialties on the lower level of the former farmhouse. Soft, blue lights glow from unplastered walls and create an intimate, casual atmosphere. Upstairs, where patrons dine on dishes from Thailand, Vietnam, and China, red and green are the dominant colors, reminiscent of Asian silk.
