The small locale, founded in 1970, used to answer to the name “Immervoll” (always crowded)—even now, reserving a table is definitely recommended. Like the Kleines Café and the Salzamt, it was also designed by architect Hermann Czech. Under the masterful direction of the Austrian actor Hanno Pöschl and his wife Andrea, regional classics like Backhendlsalat and Wiener Schnitzel come to the table. If the weather is good, it’s possible to enjoy the sun sitting outside.
