Father’s Office is a gastropub head up by Chef Sang Yoon. Next to an impressive selection of beer and pub fare, what keeps guests coming back is definitely the burger, which we’re confident in calling one of the best you’ll ever feast on, with a patty of dry-aged beef topped with caramelized onions, Gruyère and Maytag cheeses, applewood-smoked bacon compote, and arugula. Avoid asking for ketchup, though; Yoon is infamous for allowing absolutely no substitutions or alterations.
