The third Ecco restaurant situated near St. Moritz and Ascona, managed by founder Rolf Fliegauf, offers a highly praised kitchen with an elegant, tasteful, but slightly cold hotel-restaurant feeling (Giardino Hotel Group). The spectacular menus are a true example of fine dining at the highest level and are a treat for true gourmet fans in search of award-winning cuisine. Menus feature 3 to 8 courses. The concept is based on natural flavors and seasonal ingredients, creating an unmistakable blend of aromas. In addition to the main dining room with large sofas in crème tones, Ecco also offers a comfortable private dining room with a beautiful view of Zurich.
