After London and Dubai’s outposts, Shanghai received its own Cirque Le Soir in late 2013. Although there are clowns, jugglers, cotton candy, a popcorn machine, and a photo booth, this isn’t for the kids—after all, it’s a circus of the night. The new club on the Bund promises tasteful evening entertainment as soon as midnight strikes, with burlesque cabaret performances and an artistic main event.
