Inspired by the democratization of culinary culture in a Post-Revolutionary France, Bistro Carmagnole serves classic French cuisine. The menu holds traditional home cooking dishes like steak tartare and pickled herring as well as creations of the Haute Cuisine with truffles, oysters and fresh fish. An antique tile flooring, rustic wooden chairs and Leather Cushioned bar stools create an authentic atmosphere while the occasional tajine on the table recalls the cultural variety of French cookery. The Bistros specialty, monthly changing Vintage Cocktails, that are mixed following old recipes, can also be bought bottled to enjoy them at home or as a gift for the connoisseur.
