Harking back to a time when elegance was paramount—the ladies’ room goes so far as to serve champagne—the duplex behind the unassuming green door is a whirlwind of extravagance. A grand staircase with a back wall paneled in animal skin spirals around a heavy crystal chandelier, connecting various rooms that have one thing in common: decadence.
