Stefan Gabányi, a former bartender at Schumann’s, runs his establishment in the basement of a villa on Beethovenplatz, where he demonstrates how much an American bar has in common with a German Kneipe. The bar serves fabulous drinks whose quality is matched only by the live music and literary events on Thursdays, which create an exquisite yet calm and congenial atmosphere. This is the perfect place to relax after work or to party far into the wee hours on a weekend.
