The mixture of recycled oak wood, steal, and concrete creates a clear and open space—a loft with cocktail bar and a landscaped patio. The menu follows the overall concept: eco, high quality, and delicious. The evenings belong to boiled eggs with sea urchin or pork pastrami. During the day, the place transforms into a lounge for the start-up companies in the neighborhood. Architect Joshua Aidlin made sure that Bar Agricole is featured in all renowned architectural magazines.
