Opened in 2008, Abac is a luxurious hotel with 15 rooms that showcase contemporary design. Prior to this, Abac Restaurant had already existed at a different address. The fundamental pillar of the overall concept continues to be the cuisine. Jordi Cruz—at age 26 the youngest executive chef in Spain at the time and the second-youngest worldwide—was awarded a second Michelin star in 2010.
