Once a Los Angeles staple, the acclaimed restaurateur José Andrés joined forces with Philippe Starck yet again to bring this eclectic fusion of cuisine together in South Beach. The brilliant combinations make the dining experience at Bazaar one of the most unique in the country. The menu differs slightly from its LA counterpart by adding more Latino influences. Some of the classic dishes include cones of coffee and foie gras entitled “Colada Cubana” or the ever-popular Croquetas de Pollo. Don’t miss the martinis either; they rock.
