However, once you’ve found them, such as this bar in Beyoğlu, you’ll remain a loyal customer. Alex Waldman and his partner, two mixology nerds, harmoniously blend their ingredients themselves. They add their own special touch to classics like mint juleps and gin and tonics. You’re sure to find more unusual offerings as well, such as misir çarşisi: Gin and calvados meet wasabi and lime.
