Local before arrival
The recent addition of Taperia Raca to MiMo brings a Spanish tapas restaurant and wine bar to this up-and-coming district. Chef Giorgio Rapicavoli and his business partner, Alex Casanova, have created a menu in which classic Spanish flavors are recreated and reinterpreted. Favorites include short ribs paired with cheese croquettes and fried duck wings with fig jam and smoked paprika. Ask for the daily chef’s specials, and don’t miss Sunday brunch in the garden.
