Established in 1971, this restaurant with the promising name and two Michelin stars is one of Germany’s best-known gourmet temples. This reputation was earned by Eckart Witzigmann followed by Heinz Winkler. Hans Haas has been head chef since 1991. The Tantris experience is not just culinary; the ’70s remain the dominant style in the concrete building built by Justus Dahinden, with Far Eastern influences and a warm color palette.
