Local before arrival
The Tarabya residential area was the summer residence for the Ottoman aristocracy, rich industrialists, and diplomats. Since 1964, fish restaurant Kıyı has drawn individuals with discriminating palates. When it comes to seafood delicacies, the cooks know how to handle seasonal culinary specialties: The menu uses seasonal ingredients, and the fish can be served either grilled or cooked. Kıyı is just as well known for its traditional appetizers.
